Eligibility for Exchange: You can exchange products within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition are not eligible for exchange.

Fill out the exchange form with the required details, including your order number and the reason for the exchange or you can write us on support@thehumbleclan.com. Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Processing an Exchange: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

Exchange Approval: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition. If the product meets our exchange criteria, we will proceed with processing the exchange. Please note, exchanges are subject to stock availability.
